Approvers by Access Level

All Members can send requests to their managers.
Various attendance-related request features are available starting from Standard plan.
  • Managers can approve employees' requests. (Level of Permissions : Owners > Managers > Supervisors)
  • Shiftee provides different levels of approval permissions to reflect the complex hierarchy of the company.

Send Requests by Access Level


① Owner
  • By default, All memebers can send requests to Owner.
  • If you don't want Owner to receive requests from the members, unselect the option below from Company Settings - Request. Owner will not be shown from the approver list.

② Manager
  • By default, All memebers can send requests to Managers.
  • If you don't want Managers to receive requests from the members, unselect the option below from Company Settings - Request. Managers will not be shown from the approver list.

③ Supervisor
  • Staffs can send requests to the Supervisors who are assigned to the same team/location.

📢  Note

Please be aware that different request recipients can be shown depending on the types of request.

  • Shift Request : Supervisors in the shift's team/location
  • Attendance Request : Supervisors in the attendance's team/location
  • Leave Request : Supervisors in the same team/location




Summary

  • All members can send requests to their managers assigned to the same team/location.
  • All members can send requests to Manager, Owner according to the settings in Company Settings - Request.

📢  Note

- Please be aware that there is only one Owner per company in Shiftee.
- When sending a request, you cannot select the same approver more than once.
