All Users can view the report page.
  • You can check all the data related to time and attendance in report page.
  • Users with Staff Access Level can only view their own data. Users with Supervisor Access Level can only view the data of assigned teams/locations.


Understanding Basic Terms

The following basic terms below can help you understand the report columns better.

Terms Meaning
Working Hours
  Working Hours - Break Hours
Scheduled Hours
  Shift Hours - Break Hours - (Paid Leave Hours)
  e.g. 9:00-18:00 shift, 1 hour break time, 4 hours of paid leave : Scheduled Hour is 4 hours.

Worked Hours
  (Attendance Hours - Break Hours) + Deemed Work Hours
  e.g. 8:58 - 6:15 attendance, 1 hour break time : 8h 17m of Worked Hours
  ﹡Duplicated hours are excluded when using deemed work feature along with attendance record.
Paid Hours
  Leave Paid Hours
Contractual Working Hours
  Reflects Contractual Working Days and Contractual Working Hour Rule set from Employees - Wage Info.
  Used for calculating Contractual Working Hours and Overtime Working Hours during unit period.
Maximum Working Hours
  Reflects Maximum Working Hour Rule set from Employees - Wage Info.
  Used for calculating Maxmimum Working Hours to comply labor law.
  e.g. 52hr(maximum working hours) ÷ 7(maximum working hours unit days) × (entire unit period days)


Overtime Hours
  Working hours exceeding Contractual Hours
  e.g. 100 hours of working hours, 90 hours of contractual hours : 10h of Worked overtime hours.
  * If the Minimum Overtime Threshold is set from Employee - Wage Contractual Working Hour Rule, overtime work is considered when the Contractual Working Hours + the Minimum Overtime Threshold Hours are exceeded.

Early Clock Out
    Early clock out record prior to the end of scheduled end time
Early Clock Out Hours
    Early clock-out time recorded earlier than the scheduled shift end time
Absences
    No clock in record on scheduled shift

Missing Clock Out
    Missing clock in/out records

   (Over the threshold hours set in Company Settings - Timeclock)
