Edit Leave Request

All Members can send a request to edit your leave. You can make this request only from Mobile App. This feature is available starting from Standard plan. |

- You can only send this type of request when you have the approved leave. You cannot make a change to a request in an approval progress.
- To delete your leave, see Delete Leave Request.
Note
Make sure that Edit Leave Request feature is set to be used from Company Settings - Request.
Please note that only Owner can manage company settings.

Mobile - ① Send a Request from Request Shortcuts
STEP 1 ) You can easily send a request by tapping on Request button on the mobile home screen.
STEP 2 ) Tap on ‘Settings’ at the bottom to customize your request shortcuts.

• Make sure that Edit Leave Request feature is set to be used from Company Settings - Request.
• Read on to learn more details about sending a edit leave request.
Mobile - ② Send a Request from Request Tab
STEP 1 ) Go to Request Tab on the navigation bar and tap on the request icon on the bottom right. Then, tap Leave Request.
STEP 2 ) Select Edit Leave.
STEP 3 ) Tap on the date section and select a date from the drop-down menu. After selecting a date, you can see a leave applied on that day.
• Changing a Leave Schedule Only
STEP 1 ) Choose a date to change to or edit the start and end time of the leave. Then, tap on next button.
STEP 2 ) Select an approver(or approvers). Reason is required for the request that needs an approval. Then, click ‘send’ to complete your request.
Note
When applying a leave for a partial time of a day, enter the 'start' and 'end time' of the leave.
• Changing Both a Leave Type and a Leave Schedule
STEP 1 ) After selecting a date, you can see a leave applied on that day.
STEP 2 ) Tap on the ‘Leave Type’ section to change a leave type.
Note
You can only change to a leave type that belongs to the same leave group.
STEP 3 ) Choose a date to change to or edit the start and end time of the leave (if applying for a partial time of a day). Then, tap on next button.
STEP 4 ) Select an approver(or approvers). Reason is required for the request that needs an approval. Then, click ‘send’ to complete your request.
- You can check your request from Request Tab > My Requests. You can also cancel a pending request.
