Monitor Work Status of Employees

- Shiftee provides Now at Work card in mobile app to manage multiple employees in real time.
- Managers can monitor the current work status of employees promptly since employees’ work schedules are linked with their attendances in real time.
Now at Work Card Settings
STEP 1 ) Tap menu on the top left, then tap Home Settings.
STEP 2 ) Tap Now at Work Card menu to use the card.
Note
• Summary Mode : You can monitor the summary of employees’ work status of your teams/locations.
• Full Mode : You can monitor the details of employees’ work status of your teams/locations.
Monitor The Current Work Status
Scroll down the screen to find the card at the bottom .
You can see detailed information for each work status by tapping on the ⓘ icon.
Note
• You can only monitor the current work status of employees of your teams/locations.
• You can see both employee’s team/location and position from the card.
• You can also check employee’s attendance(shift for deemed work schedule) by tapping on the employee.
● Working
Employee with a scheduled shift has clocked in
● On-call
Employee with no scheduled shift has clocked in on-call
● Deemed Work
Employee with a deemed work type shift
● On Leave
Employee is on leave today
● Break
Employee tapped a break-in button (After clocking in)
● Late
Employee with a scheduled shift hasn’t clocked in after the shift start time.
● Early Clock-Out
Employee with a scheduled shift clocked out early before the shift end time.
