Create Leaves Request

All Members can send a request to create leaves. This feature is available starting from Standard plan. |

- You can easily send a request to create leaves from the mobile app and website.
- You can apply for multiple leaves in a single day depending on the time option and start/end time of Leave Types in your company.
Note
Make sure that Create Leaves Request feature is set to be used from Company Settings - Request.
Please note that only Owner can manage company settings.

Mobile - ① Send a Request from Request Shortcuts
STEP 1 ) You can easily send a request by tapping on Request button on the mobile home screen.
STEP 2 ) Tap on ‘Settings’ at the bottom to customize your request shortcuts.

Mobile - ② Send a Request from Request Tab
STEP 1 ) Go to Request Tab on the navigation bar and tap on the request icon on the bottom right. Then, tap Leave Request.
STEP 2 ) Select Create Leaves.
STEP 3 ) Select a leave type from the drop-down menu to apply for leaves.
STEP 4 ) Select a leave type. You can check paid hours admitted for the leave(e.g. 8h) and a deduction amount(e.g. 1 day) from taking the leave.
STEP 5 ) Select dates from the calendar to apply. After selecting the dates, you can see the remaining days of the accrued leaves. Tap on next button to move on.
STEP 6 ) Select an approver(or approvers) and enter the required field below to send your request. Reason is required for the request that needs an approval.
Note
You can attach a photo to your request to back up your leave.
• When Using ‘Enforce Time’ Option Leave Types
When applying a leave for a partial time of a day, enter the start and end time of the leave.
STEP 1 ) Select a leave type.
STEP 2 ) Select a date from the calendar to apply. After selecting a date, you can see the remaining days of the accrued leaves.
STEP 3 ) Enter the Start and End Time of the leave. If you have a shift on that day, enter the start and end time of the leave according to the shift.
• Check Your Remaining Leave Accruals
You can check your leave balance as below according to your company's Leave Settings.
① When Exceeding Remaining Leaves within the Accrued Period
When you apply for a leave exceeding your leave balance within the accrued period, remaining days will be shown as ‘- Day’.
If Negative Leave Balance Limit is set as ‘0’, you can only create a request up to the remaining leave days.
② When Multiple Leave Accruals Exist
Leave days will be deducted sequentially from the leave accruals created first. (First in, First out)
③ When There is No Available Leave Accrual
When there is no available leave accrual on the requested day, remaining leave balance will be calculated as follows.
• When there is a previous leave accrual : From the day after the last leave accrual date ~ to 12/31
• When there is no leave accrual at all : From 1/1 ~ to 12/31 in the selected year

If you cannot apply for leaves due to a limited leave balance, please ask your manager.

STEP 1 ) Click on Create Leaves Request on the top right corner in the staff mode. You can send a request in the same way on the website as well.
STEP 2 ) Select a leave type, then select dates from the calendar to apply for leaves.
When applying a leave for a partial time of a day, enter the start and end time of the leave. If you have a shift on that day, enter the start/end time of the leave according to the shift.
STEP 3 ) Select an approver(or approvers) and enter the required field below to send your request. Reason is required for the request that needs an approval. Click on Send button to complete your request.
